1. Your data (privacy, in brief)

We collect what we need to take and deliver your order — name, email, delivery address, phone number, and payment confirmation (we never see or store your card details; our payment provider, [name], handles that directly).

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email and preferences until you unsubscribe. We use this data to fulfil orders, respond to you, and — only with your consent — send marketing. We share it only with the processors who need it to do their job: payments ([name]), delivery ([name]), email ([name]), and hosting ([name]). We don't sell it to anyone.

Order data is kept as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires (currently 7 years). You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to how we use it, any time — email support@lullabylabs.se. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).

(Yes, we read these too. No, we didn’t make them boring on purpose — the boring parts are boring because Swedish consumer law wants them unambiguous. The rest of the site gets to have fun. This page’s job is to be correct.)

These terms apply to every order placed at lullabylabs.se. By placing an order, you accept them. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory Swedish or EU consumer law — if anything below conflicts with that law, the law wins.

1. What you're buying

Lullaby products are food supplements (kosttillskott). They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they're not a substitute for a varied diet, a reasonable bedtime, or a difficult conversation with your manager about your workload. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, talk to a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.

2. Who can order

You need to be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to order from us.

3. Prices and payment

All prices on the site are in SEK and include 6% Swedish VAT — the temporarily reduced food VAT rate that applies to food supplements (kosttillskott not classified as medicine) from 1 April 2026 through 31 December 2027. We accept [payment methods — e.g. card, Klarna, Swish]. If a price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, we'll contact you before confirming the order rather than honor the mistake silently.

4. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under mandatory Swedish or EU law.

5. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If we can't sort something out directly, you can bring it to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or your local Swedish court.

1. Delivery

We currently ship to Sweden. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days from dispatch; shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provided.

2. Right of withdrawal (ångerrätt)

The short version: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, for any reason, and get a full refund — as long as the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

Why "unopened" specifically: EU and Swedish consumer law lets a seller exclude the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that aren't suitable for return once unsealed, for health or hygiene reasons. Because our products are consumed directly from a sealed stick pack, that exception applies here: once a box's seal is broken, we can no longer resell it, so we can't accept it back for a refund on change-of-mind grounds. An unopened box, returned within the window, gets a full refund — no interrogation.

How to withdraw:

Tell us within 14 days of delivery — email support@lullabylabs.se, or use the withdrawal option [in your account / on the order confirmation page], with your order number.
We'll confirm receipt of your notice in writing without delay.
Send the unopened product back to Tempusvägen 1, 187 36 Täby within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing.
We refund you — including standard delivery cost — within 14 days of receiving the goods (or your proof of return, whichever comes first), to your original payment method.

You cover return shipping unless the product arrived faulty or wrong.

3. If something's wrong (reklamation)

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, tell us at support@lullabylabs.se. Swedish law gives you up to three years to claim a fault that existed at the time of delivery — but the sooner you tell us, the sooner we fix it. We cover return shipping for confirmed faults, no debate.
